Currently, clinical internships for shadowing health care providers can be applied for through the UCF Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences. Be aware that there are always more applicants than internships available, so it is a competitive process to be awarded a clinical internship.
Pre-Health students should not limit their search for providers to shadow to university-sponsored clinical internship experiences though. We strongly encourage Pre-Health students to seek out shadowing experiences and clinical internships from organizations outside of the university as well.
